A walk along this street takes you past the Soldiers and Sailors Monument and Memorial, Indiana World War Memorial and Museum, University Park, American Legion Mall, Veteran’s Memorial Plaza, Vietnam War Memorial, Korean War Memorial and World War II Memorial. Scottish Rite

The Indianapolis Scottish Rite Cathedral on Meridian Street in downtown Indianapolis is a magnificent example of Tudor-Gothic architecture and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Cathedral is one of the largest Masonic buildings in the world and has been described as one of the finest examples of Neo-Gothic architecture in the United States. (17-minute walk)
